Every seven years, a deadly tournament is held in which 30 of the world's most lethal assassins gather in a secret location and battle it out for a cash prize of ten million dollars. Returning champion Joshau Harlow (Rhames) has a very personal reason for attending this year's tournament: he has been informed that one of his fellow contestants was responsible for the death of his wife, and he wants revenge at any cost.
