What currency are the prices shown?

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Are the games compatible with my console?

All games supplied by 365games.co.uk are 100% compatible on PAL systems.

What payment options are available?

For UK orders we accept payment by debit/credit card, or PayPal. We do not accept cheques.

How much does postage cost?

Prices include standard delivery to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. EU delivery is priced at £0.99 per item, rest of the world is £0.49 per item. If your country cannot be selected during the checkout process then we are unable to deliver to you.

Can I upgrade the postage?

Yes, there are several postage upgrade options available to UK users including: Royal Mail Signed For (£1.99 per order), Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.49 per order) and UPS (£6.99 per order).

My order is in the "processing" stage what does this mean?

If your order is in the "processing" stage it means that no payment has been made. When payment has been completed your order will move to "Payment received". If you are experiencing problems making payment please contact our Customer Service Team.

I have placed a pre-order, when will it be despatched?

We usually receive stock slightly before or on release date on which all orders are despatched immediately. Please note that release dates are subject to change by the publisher.

I have purchased the wrong item, can I cancel?

If you have purchased an item by mistake please contact our Customer Service Team, if the email is received before your order is despatched your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

When will my order be despatched?

Items are usually despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders are delivered by UPS or Royal Mail.

Do you offer shipping to my destination?

If your country cannot be selected during checkout we are unable to deliver. Please note that certain items cannot be delivered outside of the UK mainland because of their size or weight.

What languages are available on your games?

All the games we sell are the full English language versions; although some games offer the option to change the language in the settings we cannot guarantee that for every game.

May I return an item?

If the item is as new and sealed then it can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund. In the rare event of a problem with an item purchased please contact us for full details.

What is the returns procedure?

Please contact our Customer Services Team for full details on how to return your item. When you receive the Returns Form please complete in full and enclose a copy with your return. Please be aware that items returned without a Returns Form will not be accepted. If you are unable to print the form please enclose your details on a separate sheet in with your return.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after this time please contact our Customer Services Team.
